Terms of Service & EULA

These Terms of Service and End-User License Agreement (the "Terms") govern your use of the Simple Pipe application ("Simple Pipe", "the App"), provided by Hacoeur inc. ("we", "us", "Hacoeur"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

Subject to these Terms, Hacoeur grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Simple Pipe for your internal business purposes.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account.

3. QuickBooks Online integration

Simple Pipe offers an optional integration with QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Connecting your QuickBooks company is entirely at your discretion and is authorized by you through Intuit's OAuth flow. You may disconnect at any time from the App's settings. Your use of QuickBooks Online remains subject to Intuit's own terms. Use of Intuit data is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the service, uploading unlawful content, or using the App to violate any applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

Simple Pipe, including its software and design, remains the property of Hacoeur inc. Your data remains yours; you grant us the rights necessary to operate the service for you.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hacoeur inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of the judicial district of Longueuil, Québec.
